Adult Programs

No matter what your fitness level is, the Y has health and fitness programs designed to help you achieve your goals.

Our expert staff and volunteers will support, guide, and encourage you to stay more active, and you'll get the added benefit of being part of our community — because it’s important to feel safe and welcome while working to improve your health.

If you are already a Y member, you can take two registered programs per session at no additional cost (plus as many drop-in group fitness classes as you like)!

Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to try something new, Y sports & fitness programs were designed to help you stay active while building skills and making connections. Take part in a game of basketball, learn some dance moves, or try your hand at pickleball!

From beginner level classes, to high-intensity training, our group fitness classes will help you feel a part of the Y community while working towards your fitness goals! Whether you want to increase strength and endurance, lose weight, or are just looking to stay active, taking part in group fitness classes is a great way to have fun and keep fit.

The Y offers a wide variety of wellness opportunities and classes geared towards our senior members! From swimming and Aqua fit, to Tai Chi, pickleball, yoga or dance, there's something that every member will enjoy!

Our Young at Heart  and Heart Wise group fitness classes provide a more gentle workout for older adults (or those recuperating from injuries). Choose from cardio, strength, and aqua class options!

At the Y, we teach more than just basic swim skills; we teach water safety for life. Taught by certified Y instructors, our nationally-accredited swim program builds confidence and competency in the water, and offers an opportunity to earn aquatic certifications. 

Swimming lessons are included in your membership. From beginner to advanced classes, gain confidence in the water in a fun and engaging environment.
