The Y is so much more than a gym; it’s where connections are built between people, families and communities!

Come and discover a welcoming atmosphere that is encouraging and supportive. Our doors are open for you to get healthier, find support, and make friends for life. Swim as a family, join a basketball game, or take part in a drop in fitness class - with so many options, we make it easy for individuals and families to become healthy and active, together!  And as a registered charity,  a Y membership also means you help support the work the Y does in your community.

Swimming Lessons

At the Y, we teach more than just basic swim skills; we teach water safety for life. Knowing how to swim can save your life - or even someone else’s. Taught by certified Y instructors, our nationally-accredited swim program builds confidence in the water, at a pace of progression that meets individual needs.
