We are thrilled to be introducing a new MOSSA group fitness class to our drop in schedules this fall: GROUP FIGHT!

  

Group Fight™ is a high-energy hour that builds total body strength by borrowing training styles from mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, functional athletic training, and more. Group Fight is a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Not only is this electric experience addictive, it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life! 

Group Fight is included in your Y membership and will be available at all locations this fall. See our fall drop-in schedules for more information.

Experience required: All levels welcome. Group fight is customisable for all levels of ability.
