MOSSA Group Core

We are pleased to introduce a second MOSSA program starting this spring! Group Core is an intense 30 minute core strength workout that can be customized for all fitness levels. Group Core trains you like an athlete to build a strong core from shoulders to hips, while improving your athletic performance and helping prevent back pain. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before.

MOSSA Group Power

After a great launch earlier this year at our Taggart Family Y and Carlingwood Y, we are pleased to announce that starting this Fall, MOSSA Group Fitness classes will be added to all Y locations schedules in the National Capital Region!  We are proud to offer all members this opportunity to experience a fantastic new group exercise program.

MOSSA Group Power is an hour of power that pairs dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere to get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best! Combining traditional strength exercises with barbells, weight plates and your own body weight, you will be fitter and stronger and one step closer towards reaching your goals.

Group Power is suitable for all ages and abilities. Changing your routine and adding this strength training workout will help you stay healthy and work towards your full potential.
