Joining Fee
All new YMCA-YWCA memberships are subject to a one-time joining fee to help maintain facilities and equipment: $75 for family and couple memberships, $50 for adult and senior memberships, and $25 for student memberships. There is no joining fee for child and youth memberships. When paying monthly, the joining fee is paid at the time of joining and the monthly fees are withdrawn thereafter. Memberships that lapse more than four (4) months are considered new memberships and are subject to the joining fee. Joining fees are non-refundable.
Annual Membership Fee
To pay for twelve (12) months in full, simply drop by any of our Y locations. We accept a variety of payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, debit card, cheque and cash.
Monthly Membership Fee
This option gives you the ability to spread your membership fee out over the course of a year. Monthly payments may be made from a bank account or a credit card. A void cheque or credit card is required for processing. An administration fee of $4.25/month is charged in addition to the monthly membership fee. If you pay monthly, your membership will automatically renew each year and personal information will be reviewed at this time to ensure that it remains current and valid.

Open to everyone, the National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA ensures that no child, youth, adult or family is denied membership or program participation by reason of ability to pay. Please contact the Membership Sales and Service Desk for more information on our financial assistance program.
