In our 61,000 square foot facility enjoy our fitness centre with Technogym cardio and strength equipment, gymnasium, 25 metre pool, children’s teaching pool, swim lessons, whirlpool bath, sauna, 2 racquetball courts, multipurpose areas, Kids Zone and locker rooms.

Sample programs include group fitness and water fitness classes, specialty classes (including Yoga, Pilates, indoor group cycling, Cardio Wave, Core Circuit, Ballroom dance), recreational sports programs, personal training, playcare, family programs, child and youth programs, children’s recreational sports programs, licensed child care and after school care programs.

Membership Plus is available at this location which includes individual exercise area, whirlpool, steam room and sauna, TV lounge, telephones, newspapers, personal care products, and towel service.

Underground parking is available (entrance on Catherine Street).
