Sample programs include group fitness classes, specialty classes (including Yoga, Pilates, indoor group cycling, Kickboxing, Karate, Zumba), personal training, recreational sports programs, playcare, youth centre, family programs, child and youth programs and special needs sports programs.
Free parking is available in the Y parking lot next to the facility.
