In our 27,900 square foot facility enjoy our fitness centre with Technogym cardio and strength equipment, 20-metre indoor pool, small teaching pool, group fitness classes, sauna, basketball court, Kids Zone, licensed child care, playcare, multipurpose areas and locker rooms.
Sample programs include group fitness classes, specialty classes (including Yoga, Pilates, indoor group cycling, Kickboxing, Karate, Zumba), personal training, recreational sports programs, playcare, youth centre, family programs, child and youth programs and special needs sports programs.
Free parking is available in the Y parking lot next to the facility.
