In our 25,500 square foot facility enjoy our fitness centre with cardio and strength equipment, indoor walking/running track, sauna, multipurpose areas and locker rooms.
Sample programs include group fitness classes, specialty classes (including Yoga, Pilates, indoor group cycling, Tae Kwon Do, Hip Hop), personal training, community sports programs, playcare, family programs and child and youth programs.
Parking is free to program members and participants while using the Kanata Y - even during Scotiabank Place events. You will need your membership card to access the parking lot during events.
