Download our Health, Fitness and Recreation Drop-In SchedulesIn our 17,400 square foot facility enjoy our fitness centre with Technogym cardio and strength equipment, group fitness and cycling studio, 25 metre pool, children’s teaching pool, gymnasium, and general and family locker rooms.
Sample programs include group fitness classes, specialty classes (including Yoga, Indoor Group Cycling), personal training and a huge variety of health, fitness, recreational and educational programming for those of all ages.
Free parking is available in the parking lot next to the facility.
