Employment Programs and Services for Youth

Are you a youth looking for your first job or part-time employment? Our Employment Access Centres are here to help you learn everything you need to help prepare you for your job search. With our Employment Ontario Employment Services, you’ll receive personalized support throughout your job search and help identifying your strengths and goals.

Y staff are here to help you reach your goals; our services are open to all and there is no fee to participate.

Our services include:
  • One-on-one employment consultations to help you apply your skills and experience to your job search.
  • Help building a resume and cover letter, and preparation for your job interviews.
  • Help understanding the local labour market and what jobs match your skills and goals.
  • Free access to computers, photocopier, printer, fax, internet and Wi-Fi.
  • Referrals to specific youth employment programs such as Youth Job Link.
  • Free interactive workshops to make the job search process easy to handle.
