Dear Y Members/Clients,
We hope you are all staying healthy at home, and have found creative ways to be active! In our commitment to keep you informed and connected, we wanted to share some updates with you:
Our Health, Fitness and Aquatic programs remain closed, and we are carefully monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and following the advice of Public Health Agencies to determine when we are able to reopen. Unfortunately, this means that we will not be reopening on April 6, 2020 as we had first hoped. We will keep everyone updated on this as information becomes available.
As per our email/posts on March 21, 2020, we have put all memberships on hold. This means no further payments will be processed until we have reopened (we will not charge any hold fees).
A payment on March 15, 2020 was processed, before we learned we would have close. We will look at options for reimbursement, membership extension, etc, for this once we are re-opened and staffed.

We really appreciate the kind words and good wishes we have been receiving from you. Thank you for your ongoing support while we navigate through this difficult time, we know it is challenging to be surrounded by so much uncertainty.
