Dear Y Members,
We hope you are all staying healthy and well at home during this unsettling time. We certainly miss seeing all of you, and look forward to the time when we can all join together in our community again.
In our commitment to keep you informed and connected, we will continue to share news and updates through member emails and our website, and encourage you to keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for positive stories and fun tips!
As our facility closures continue, we have also had to officially cancel all of our spring courses and programs up until June 30, 2020. If you pre-paid for spring programs, a credit note will automatically be applied to your Y account.
We ask that you only request a refund (rather than a credit) if absolutely necessary. Please note refunds will need to be processed back to the original method of payment, and could take up to six weeks to process if you paid by cash or cheque.

At this time there are no impacts to summer programs, which are scheduled to begin in July, 2020. We ask for your understanding that this could change as guidance from public health authorities expands and develops.
The health and safety of our members, clients, families, and staff are our top priority, and we will keep you informed of any updates through our website, social media, and member emails.
