AODA Policy

The AODA customer service standard policy provides guidelines for delivery of YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region services to people with disabilities, in compliance with the requirement of the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07, made under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act, 2005, S.O. 2005, c.11.
