Zoom Zone
Zoom zone occurs each morning before hoppers.  A variety of fun and exciting morning activities are offered so campers and staff can get the energy flowing through their bodies.

Polar Bear Dip
Polar Bear Dip is an option for campers who are looking to really invigorate their morning with a quick dip in Lake Davern.  For those campers that participate every morning while they are at camp, they will get the famous Polar Bear Award.

Flag Raising
Flag raising happens just before breakfast everyday.  At this time the whole camp gathers to start the day with a Thought of the Day and to sing O'Canada.

Hoppers
Hoppers are the lucky girls who set the tables for their cabin mates and wash the dishes after each meal for the day.

Meeting Spots
Every cabin group has a designated spot where they can meet before meals to talk about the day, check-in and set a quieter tone before heading into the Dining Hall.

ZAP
Zero Action Program (ZAP) takes place every day after lunch.  This is usually the hottest part of the day, so this offers campers and staff a time to relax and take a break.  Counsellors and campers can relax in the shade or in the cabin, read books, write letters or have a nap.

Free Choice
Free choice takes place every day before dinner.  During lunch time announcements, a set of fun activities will be listed.  Free swim is always offered.  Campers can choose one activity to participate in.  Examples of free choice activities include water aerobics, bracelet making, quiet nature hike, sketching, scavenger hunts, nature spa, and more.

Evening Program

Evening programs are a time when the whole camp gets together or they can be an individual cabin activity.  Large group games include; Capture the Flag, Smuggler and Spies, Chuck the Chicken, Ultimate Chicken, Crow’s Nest, Campfires and more.

Taps
A time to gather to whole camp together to say goodnight, sing taps and lower the flag.

Lanterns
Each night cabin mates gather together to check-in about their day.  This is a great time to talk about goals attained, friendships made and hopes for the next day.
