The Ontario Self-Employment Benefit (OSEB) Program provides eligible individuals with financial assistance for a fixed period of time while they are starting up a new business. Partner agencies assess client suitability for self-employment and evaluate business proposals.
The OSEB Program is delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, Government of Canada and the business community.
