About the conference:
The Ottawa Fitness Education Centre presents an annual fitness conference, Connexion, which provides an opportunity for certified instructors to connect and share ideas and experiences in fitness and health while earning six continuing education credits. The conference hosts renowned industry leaders and features a full day of workshops and lectures that educate and inspire.
