The Fitness Education Centre presents an annual fitness conference, ConneXion, which provides an opportunity for certified instructors to connect and share ideas and experiences in fitness and health while earning six continuing education credits. The conference hosts renowned industry leaders and features a full day of workshops and lectures that educate and inspire.
The 9th Annual ConneXion Fitness Conference will take place Saturday, February 27, 2010. Feature guest presenters include:

FEES
Conference Fee: Y Member $79 | Non-Y Member $149
Includes: admittance to three workshops, session handouts and a light lunch.
HOW TO REGISTER
You can register at your local Y, or by calling (613.288.1424) or visiting the Y's Fitness Education Centre at 99 Bank Street in Ottawa. You will be asked to select your workshops at the time of registration. We encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment.
