Settlement Workers from Ottawa’s settlement agencies are regularly available at NIC to help you access settlement services more directly. A private office is available at NIC for your comfort and confidentiality.

Representatives from the various agencies are scheduled on different days. If you need assistance from a particular agency, please check the (Another link as our workshop calendar is something different) to see when a particular agency representative will be at NIC.

For language assessment and training, visit the website of the Language Assessment and Referral Centre, which is co-located with NIC. Eligible newcomers can access FREE language training through LARC.
